We have 2500+ registered customers. To help us serve you quickly and accurately, follow these guidelines:
At the top right, click on to Register.
- Complete ALL required fields * Any messages or errors will be displayed at the top of the refreshed page.
- Ensure your email address is captured correctly (You cannot register with any domain supported by @lantic.net).
- Ensure you complete the BILL To field, then save with Register.
- Check your emails for the activation email from Party Lights. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
- No email in your inbox? Find the email in your junkmail or spam folder.
If you still have problems after following the above, please email us to reset your account.
If your desired username or email is already in use: you will be notified via an error message at the top of the refreshed page.
Add at least one item to your Cart. Click , then click Show Cart.
Log in to by entering your username/password manually (Do not assume your computer has auto-remembered your correct login details).
Step 1: If your BILLING details are blank, click Add/Edit BILLING and complete all required fields * and SAVE. Allow the page to refresh. Do NOT add/edit Shipping address at the same time.
Step 2: Select your shipping option (allow the page to refresh).
Step 3: Select your payment option (allow the page to refresh).
Step 4: Check the box at the left to confirm you agree to the terms of service, and finally Confirm Purchase.
You will see a message: Thank you for your order! and at the same time we will both automatically receive an email of your order.
To view previous orders, find an email with Confirmed or Shipped order.
Click on the link view your order online
Login with your username / password
Click on the link List orders
